Favorite Things To Do
Luna loves to play with her fuzzy tennis ball. Lately Luna does a lot of napping. Luna has a perfect spot by the window where she likes to look out at the patio and play I Spy with the birds and lizards.
Luna likes both wet food and kibble. Her favorite feeding time ritual is to nudge Pugg out of his bowl so he loses his place and she gets first dibs at the food.

What You Should Know About This Superhero
Luna was a rescue from the local humane society. They told me she showed up at their back gate as a tiny kitten and that her breed is Bombay. I first met Luna during a fund raiser for the organization. My beloved black cat Whoopie had passed several years earlier and although no cat will ever replace him, I vowed to adopt a black cat again in his honor. Luna was extraordinarily affectionate upon our first meeting. So much so that I couldn't get her out of my heart. Several weeks later - the night before a rare New Moon - I brought Luna home. Luna loves to play with her fuzzy tennis ball and get rides around the house on my mom's walker. Luna can be a diva sometimes, and likes to have her own way. But what cat doesn't? At the end of the day, she's a shining star as bright as the magnificent moon she was named after. She's overjoyed that she can help animals across the world get the help they need and wants everyone to know she's proud to be a "Super Hero Pet."
